By logging into this system, you signify your agreement to protect the privacy and integrity of any and every person's personal information made available to you within it.

This means that you agree to:

• Never view, pass on, store, or transmit any information except as needed to perform your role;
• Never edit or remove information stored about a person, unless authorised to do so (e.g. by someone who you have take reasonable steps to verify their identify and their authority / guardianship);
• Destroy any copies of information you have made immediately after you no longer need it;
• Not use people's contact information to send any more than a limited volume of promotional material for events related to your ministry. This contact information should not be retained or used more than 24 months after this event has finished.
• Never give your password to anyone else, or allow someone else to login or use the system using your login;
• Not unlawfully discriminate against anyone; and
• Report any breaches of these conditions to the event Director in a timely manner.
