    Access to this system is granted solely and exclusively for the purpose of providing emergency assistance or medical care to individuals currently under our care. You are authorized to view, use, or convey information contained herein only when it is:
    • Reasonably necessary for the performance of your official duties as a first responder;
    • Required to mitigate or prevent a serious threat to the life, health, or safety of the individual; and
    • In accordance with the express authorizations provided by the organisation.
  2. Prohibited Conduct
    Any access, use, or disclosure of information for purposes outside of emergency care—including but not limited to personal curiosity, general research, or unauthorized sharing with third parties—is strictly prohibited. You must not:
    • Share your unique login credentials with any other individual.
    • Download, screenshot, or store data on non-authorized or personal devices.
    • Retain any information beyond the duration of the specific emergency event.
  3. Confidentiality and Legal Obligations
    The information within this system is Protected Information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and relevant State health privacy laws. Unauthorized disclosure may constitute a criminal offense or lead to significant civil penalties.
  4. Audit and Monitoring
    Please be advised that all activity within this system—including searches, views, and data exports — is logged and routinely audited. We reserve the right to monitor access to ensure compliance with these terms. Evidence of unauthorized access will be reported and, where necessary, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or law enforcement.
